The Maintenance Committee is responsible for ensuring proper and regular maintenance of all of the institutional structures of Campus. These areas are as specified (but not limited to) the areas described and be responsible for repair or maintenance activity related to all common amenities. It shall be also responsible for providing and maintaining a safe, orderly and respectful learning environment which will contribute to student and staff achievements and focus on institutional environmental issues in keeping with a Safe Learning/Teaching Environment. The overall objective of the maintenance committee is to maintain, throughout its expected useful life, the interior and exterior of institution campus buildings, the grounds, and the roadways, and all fixed and moveable equipment through preventive maintenance and repairs.
