Training & Placement Cell

Today’s world is technological and competitive. Now a day every organization requires the skilled manpower which help and reduce the competitive pressure. In every professional and nonprofessional education institute now focuses on training and placement. Training & Placement Cell plays a crucial role to develop student’s future and is an indispensable pillar of the Institute. This cell continuously strives to help students in pursuing their career goals by acquiring employment-seeking skills and ultimately to attain desired employment. It helps to locate the job opportunities for students and industrial training Programme.

College establishes the Training & Placement cell in the academic year 2017. In the early days college only focused on the campus interview but it identifies that many students were not ready for campus due to low confidence, lack of abilities and motivation. So, the Placement Cell organizes career guidance Programme for all the students starting from first year. The cell arranges training modules on Pre-placement Programme, Certification Programme,Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication & personality development workshops, etc. The industry experts call to deliver the speech on various curricular and cocurricular areas. Our ingenious alumni have set new standards in the corporate world through their estimable contributions.

Training & Placement cell has provided better platform to students through the purpose and objectives which are -

• To provide guidelines for industry exposure.
• To focus on students’ development by organising various employability activity.
• To provide the pre placement training and make them able to stand for campus interview
• To provide the value-added certification courses.
• To make relation with industry and other institution by making the MoU and linkages.
• To provide the support for the Project, Internship, Industrial visits, Industry experts to academics.
• To organise the campus interview in college also make the outer placement.

To achieve these objectives the Placement cell has separated into –Alumni, Internship, Collaboration,Entrepreneur Development Club, Campus Drive and Training & Certification Cell
